  • STEEL CORD CONVEYOR BELT

    STEEL CORD CONVEYOR BELT

    • Application:

    It is widely used for delivering materials in coal mines, mining area, ports, metallurgy, electric power and chemical industries etc.

    Characteristics:

    1、It has high tensile strength, and is suitable for wide span and long distance delivery of materials for single machine.

    2、The protraction is small and only small take-up stroke is needed.

    3、The driving roller is small. The framework of the belt core is a layer of vertical steel cords with good bending resistance.

    4、Rubber and steel cord have high bonding strength. Rubber with good bonding quality is adopted with the core rubber penetrating into every steel cord, making them firmly bonded together, and endowing the belt with impact resistance and rust and corrosion resistance capability. At the meantime, shear and torsion among steel cords is effectively abated. The product has favorable dynamic fatigue resistance and long service life.

    5、Stress on steel cords are evenly distributed. The operation of the conveyor belt is stable without off tracking.

    6、The belt has good troughability. Troughs are deep with large bearing capacity. Materials are not easily scattered.

    7、It is applicable to wide span, large capacity, and high speed delivery of materials.

    Common structure: It is composed of vertically and evenly arranged left and right alternately twisted galvanized steel cords, core rubber with high bonding strength to steel cords and cover rubber with different performances.
